Our Managed Services go beyond the standard technical support available for our dedicated servers. Under the standard plans you are responsible for all aspects of running your server and web site. With Managed Services, we run the server while you are free to develop and run your web site. Much like a shared web hosting plan where we run the servers, you only have to upload the site.

Managed Services include:

• Software installation and upgrades
• Full port monitoring and response when services go down*
• Server configuration and modifications including web, DNS, and mail server modifications
• User additions and deletions
• Full System administration

Manages services can be added to your dedicated server package for $199.99 per month for 10 hours of service. Port monitoring is continuous and does not count against your 10 hours per month, however response time is taken from your 10 hours per month. Additional time per month can be purchased at $30.00 per hour.

There is a one year contract required on all dedicated or managed server orders. First and second month payments are due prior to setup.
